Refund policy

RETURNS To authorise a return please first notify Haihong Machinery Australia by email: buy@haihong.com.au Return the new unused item in its original condition within 21 days from date of delivery to Haihong Machinery Australia warehouse located at 30 Axis Court Burpengary Qld 4505.Once the return item is received and inspected by our team, we will contact you to complete the process. 

Please note: All return items freight cost will be at the customers expense.
